6 Upper Front Veneers

In this case patient had very worn teeth and to protect them we did some alignment to create space for the porcelain. We did DSD and created the most beautiful veneers for the upper teeth and did a little composite bonding on the lower teeth.

Veneer and Crown Lengthening with Gems

This patient wanted a subtle uplift to her smile and when we did the design we noted that the gums on her lateral incisors was too low. So we planned to do a little gum contouring to lift the gum line. Once this was done we could do veneers on these teeth. As a crowning glory, the patient aske if we could put some gems on her teeth. As much as we don’t do this often, they did look really cute in this case.

Full Upper and Lower Porcelain

This patient had severely worn teeth, accompanied by intense neck pain and discomfort with her bite. Given the extent of her grinding and the wear on her teeth, we opted for porcelain restorations to provide strength and durability.

Guided tooth preparation was carried out to ensure minimal removal of tooth structure while achieving the desired design. Since completing the treatment, the patient has experienced significant improvement in both neck pain and bite comfort.

A rehabilitation like this can be life-changing, not only for the smile but also for overall comfort.

Remake of old composite veneers into porcelain

This patient presented with unsightly and bulky composite veneers that had been redone multiple times without improving. We decided the best approach was to remove all the old veneers and replace them with beautifully crafted porcelain veneers.

The difference is evident in how the gums healed after the porcelain was placed—they are now smooth and natural-looking, with no bulkiness. The patient is thrilled with the result and can now smile confidently again.

Implant DSD with DR Howard Gluckman Surgery

This patient presented to Dr Howard, expressing frustration after undergoing numerous treatments, yet still being unable to smile confidently due to a denture. Her implants had failed, and the previous orthodontics had left her teeth in poor positions.

We embarked on a full Digital Smile Design (DSD) to assess the ideal positioning of her teeth. Dr Petra van der Merwe used aligners to reposition the teeth, while Dr Howard performed the necessary bone and implant surgeries. In the final phase, we carried out the aesthetic rehabilitation, which included bonding, crowns, and an implant bridge.

The result was a beautifully natural smile, and the patient is now able to smile with the confidence she had always dreamed of

Implant DSD with Dr Willie Ritz Surgery

This patient was very fearful of the dentist and lacked the courage to address his smile. However, when his denture began causing problems, he finally gathered the courage to visit us.
