Full Crowns Rehabilitation for grinding and straightening

The patient had a very canted bite on the lower front teeth.  14 Aligners corrected this. A bonded retainer wire was placed to ensure teeth stay in their new position.

Full Upper Prosthesis on Implants

This patient has a ferocious bite.  She managed to break 2 implants in her mouth and this left her with only a denture.  She was so uncomfortable with the denture as they are not conducive to chewing and functioning ideally.  Dr Willie Ritz then placed 2 new implants for us.  Once they were healed we were then able to manufacture the patient a beautiful prosthesis out of a titanium bar connector covered with resin teeth and gum.  This is such an incredibly satisfying treatment as someone who has not had fixed teeth for a while can now live life normally again with a fixed prosthesis that looks beautifully natural.  Again, DSD was used to ensure that the final result was perfect.

Full Upper Veneers with Lower Bonding
This patient felt she needed a subtle upgrade to her smile but was very concerned about maintaining her natural, vivacious smile, which is her signature.

We used a natural Digital Smile Design (DSD) approach to ensure that her beautiful smile was preserved and enhanced. Full porcelain crowns were placed on the upper arch, while the lower arch was treated with bonding, as we need to move these teeth with aligners.

Once the teeth are in their final position, we will proceed with the permanent lower crowns.
Trauma Rehab
This unfortunate patient took a tumble and severely damaged her front teeth—certainly the stuff of nightmares!

However, this provided us with an opportunity to optimise her smile, making it even better than before the fall. Once the teeth had settled with a wire retainer to keep them stable, we were able to proceed with the final smile design.

We used porcelain crowns and veneers to achieve this beautiful result
Full Mouth Crowns and Bonding
This patient had avoided the dentist due to fear, but eventually realised she needed treatment as she was grinding her teeth away, accompanied by constant migraine headaches caused by muscle tension and grinding forces.

We began by using toxin to help calm the bite force, which dramatically alleviated the headaches. Then we focused on rehabilitating her teeth by removing decayed fillings and building up the teeth in preparation for crowns.

For teeth less affected, we used composite bonding, while those requiring more strength were restored with crowns. In this case, the crowns are long-term provisional restorations.

Rehabilitation like this can be costly, but by selecting more cost-effective materials for the full mouth restoration, we were able to complete the design. Once the material on the provisional crowns begins to wear, porcelain can be used for the final restorations, thus spreading the costs of the full rehabilitation.
Full mouth rehab porcelain
This patient presented with a collapsing dentition due to years of wear and tear. He knew he needed to take action, and upon investigation, we determined that nearly all of his teeth would need to be involved to correct his bite.

The patient also had existing implants, which required new crowns, so we incorporated these into the full design.

The difference a full porcelain rehabilitation can make is truly remarkable.
